Story
Interplast is an international charity organised between Australia and New Zealand. As the link below explains what Interplast does - and continues doing year in year out is literally transforming peoples lives in a very cost effective way. Be it repairing limbs for a burns victim, to restoring bodily functions and dignity to children and young adults with congenital abnormalities so that they can lead normal lives. http://www.interplast.org.au/
By supporting our ride you will vastly improve patients prospects of living full healthy lives, ability to contribute to their own families and community, get an education, job and leading a normal happy life rather than be an ongoing victim or burden.
I have been lucky enough to enjoy good health and live in a first world country that when I do need media care I know will be there to access. The people this charity helps are not as fortunate. So whilst I will be enjoying this two wheel adventure around the Australian continent with good friends and an older brother it seems appropriate to support Chris Mara who proposed this fund raising activity.
So consider making a contribution but feel under no obligation as I know a lot of you will already be supporting charities in your own way.
Cheers
John
